Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

 

For Returns and Refunds, Here’s What We Can Do Together:

1. Raise a return/replacement request within 5 days of delivery if you’ve received a wrong or expired product. Simply email us at contact@hellogirls.xyz with your order details and contact information.

For damaged or missing product(s), please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Allow us 7 working days to review your return request.

3. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product from your location.

4. If our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you’ll need to self-ship the product via a trusted courier service.

5. After we receive the returned product, we will verify your claim and proceed with either a replacement or a refund. (Replacements are subject to stock availability.)



When Can You Return or Replace a Product?

✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Expired product delivered
✅ Damaged product (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
✅ Incomplete order (missing products)



When Will Return/Replacement Requests Not Be Accepted?

🚫 Opened, used, or altered products
🚫 Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
🚫 Return/replacement request made after 5 days from the delivery date
🚫 Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery



How Are Returns Processed?

Once a return request is raised, a pickup will be arranged within 5-7 business days. Our courier partner will collect the item and bring it to our warehouse for a quality check.

Once the product passes quality verification, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
